We are live, folks!

Good evening, my friend.

It's so good to sit down with you and settle in for a cup of Joe and a respite. How are you and yours? I pray you are all well. Thank you so much for joining me today.

Our Kickstarter campaign went live on August 1st. It had a little bumpy start as I tried to figure out how to record a video. Lol. Though I have learned so much about the craft of writing and marketing in the last few years, there are still so many "firsts". But I'm up for the challenge.

We have 22 days left to get the word out about the campaign for the book When Old School Meets New School. Can I count on you to help spread the news? The funds I receive for the campaign will go partly toward the printing of 100 premium coil-bound books and 100 black and white copies of the book. This is the lion's share of the expense I will incur.

These are the events on the near horizon: 

• For the next three Sundays, I will record a Facebook live event where I will host a drawing for each backer that pledged the previous week. This week's drawing on Sunday the 6th will be for a beautiful framed scripture art (pictured below).

• We will have the custom bookmarks completed this week.

• I will get the proof in for the book this week. Hopefully, in the next week or two I'll be able to hold it in my hands. And then, I'll get to share it with you. I can't wait!

Curious About The Book?

Although this book was created for 11-14-year-olds, it's a lot of fun for multiple generations. So, the kiddo can complete the book on their own, or they can work through it with a mentor or in a group setting.
